• Own the entire sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Lead, manage, and coach a growing sales team, setting clear targets and inspiring performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to optimize lead quality and conversion.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through a premium buying experience.
• Analyze sales metrics and pipeline performance to continually identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and refine a sales strategy that maximizes efficiency, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Roll up your sleeves—this isn’t a “sit back and watch” role; you’ll actively close deals while leading the charge.
• A proven sales leader with a history of closing high-value deals ($500,000+) and exceeding targets.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong experience building and managing sales teams that deliver consistent results.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that inspire confidence and trust.
• Real estate experience is a bonus, but your ability to close deals matters most.
• Proficiency with tools like CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
